CEMENT TANK VOOR BULK POWDER CEMENT is goedgekeurd door de internationale wettelijke autoriteiten voor het veilig transport van cement, kalksteen poeder producten in bulk.

Delltank levert bulk 22.500 liter laadcapaciteit 20FT ISO cement tank containers. Onze cement tank is te scheiden voor vier doeleinden: tank containers voor cementopslag, short-sea, deep-sea shipping en railvervoer.

De tank container is geschikt voor het vervoer van cement of steenkoolpoeder in bulk per spoor, over de weg en per schip. Alle in de constructie gebruikte materialen moeten bestand zijn tegen extreme temperaturen van -19ºC tot +80ºC / -2,2ºF tot +176ºF zonder dat dit gevolgen heeft voor de sterkte van de container.

Alle Delltank tank containers zijn van de hoogste kwaliteit en voldoen aan de laatste internationale goedkeuringen.

Houd er rekening mee dat in bepaalde uitzonderlijke gevallen de door Delltank geëxploiteerde containers specificaties kunnen hebben die afwijken van de bovenstaande beschrijvingen.

Pipe System	The dry compressed airflow via 100 mm cam-lock type joint enters into the main pipe with a 2.5" one-way valve, a 2" safety valve, 1/2"safety valve and a pressure gauge, then goes into two air cavities at each side of the inside of the tank through two branch pipes which separately connected to the tank and main pipe. Another airflow goes through a 1" ball valve and a 1" one-way valve into the unloading pipe in order to speed up unloading cement. The diameter of the main pipe is 76mm and the branch pipe is 57mm.
Unloading pipe	4" steel pipe. One discharge butterfly valve and one 4" male adaptor are fixed on the discharge pipe.
